These are important considerations...but certainly do-able. Usually,
controls supplied by the same source as your specific antisera will
have comparable f/p stats. However, if they don't, it's still important
to use them.
CD ROM Vol 2 was produced by staff at the Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories
and distributed free of charge as an educational service to the cytometry community.
