The ISAC WWW Site has been updated to include:
1. Tutorials at Rimini (instructions for sign-up included)

2. The Congress abstracts! The current version is done in conjunction with
Wiley-Liss. There are still a few quirks, but they are on-line.

3. And further updates for mirrors of the ISAC WWW Site in the UK and Germany.
Germany; a mirror in Spain at Oviedo is coming soon.

Further updates will announced as they become available.
