I am looking for a reagent 'fix and perm' used for fixing and permeablising
human lymphocytes for intracellular cytokine staining.

I want to know other peoples experience with tihis reagent and also where
can I get it from in the UK and how much it costs.

I have been using Saponin but the results are not what i was expecting. what
are your views. Also what is better Brefeldin A or Monensin?
