Hello Everyone!
I got some difficulties with one case.
77 year old male.
In peripheral blood we found:
All B Cells markers are negative.
CD5, CD7, CD3(surface), CD10, CD14, CD16+56, CD25, CD34 are negative also.
CD4, CD3(cytoplasmic), CD38, CD8 are bright positive.
CD8 is dim positive. CD45 is dim also.
I'll be glad to get any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
Mike
