Does anyone have any experience in assaying intracellular
benzyloxycarbonyl tetra peptide AFC (7-Amino-4-Trifluoromethyl
Coumarin substrates.A few simple questions follow.

1 Are these compounds generally cell permeable

2 Can the cleaved AFC be excited at 352 nm , if so what is
the emission wavelength.

3 Does the cleaved AFC diffuse out of the cell.

Thanks for any help
