Anyone doing chloride efflux?

Hello to all!

Thanks for the Pentium-CPU speed info.

Now, here's another question. Is anyone out there using Molecular
Probes' MEQ kit to measure chloride efflux, and how are you collecting
your data? Exactly HOW unstable is MEQ upon storage? Wouldn't you
like to see a visibly-excited chloride indicator? How about a
ratiometric, visibly-excited indicator? I want it all!!

I anticipate your responses!
