Some are clipped, some are not. I would recommend incubating cell lines
and testing to see how things are affected in your own system.

Aside from chymo, cedarlane markets a sialoprotease which works well.
Dynal has a nice system with mag beads and "detachabead" anti-FAB frags
which works great if you can afford it.
