Greetings Flow People-

Is anybody out there doing five color surface immunophenotyping by flow
cytometry? If so what fluorochromes are you using?
My strategy is FITC, PE, Red613, Cy-X, and a UV excitable dye such as Casade
Blue or AMCA. How good are these dyes (Casade Blue & AMCA) ? Are there
any other dyes available for a fifth color - my cytometer is equipped with
488, 633, and multi-line UV laser. APC is out of the question, since Red613
(PE-Texas Red Tandem) dyes are weakly excited by 633 line . Any suggestions
will be useful.
Thanks in advance.
