Dear Flow Cytometrists

About 2 weeks ago I posted a message asking whether anybody was using BODIPY
instead of FITC with neutralite. Nobody responded...
When we asked Molecular Probes for papers on BODIPY they could just come up
with one single paper, dealing in fact marginally with BODIPY.

So is it that nobody is using BODIPY? So then why is Molecular probe still
manufacturing it if it has no obvious advantage over FITC?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
