Roger,
We have two Coulter instruments (EPICS V, EPICS 752) devoted to
chromosome analysis and sorting. Each is equipped with "sense in quartz"
fast flow tips.

Chromosome resolution is strongly influenced by the amplitude of
the droplet drive. It has been our experience that it is extremely
important to find tips which make droplets efficiently.

For our needs, only the quantification of fluorescence is required
(no FSC). FSC is not measured and no obscuration bar is used.
