RE>phosphatidylserine (PS) stain 2/12/96
Dr. Froelich,
Several companies sell annexin V fluorescein for this purpose. A Medline search
will turn up about 6-10 references. Start with I. Vermes et al., J. Immunol.
Methods 184:39-51 (1995). These are: BRAND Applications (Netherlands; FAX 011 31
167 53 2147), Kamiya (805)374-1380), R & D Systems (800 343-7475), and Endogen (800
487-4885). I've compared BRAND and R & D Systems and found BRAND's to be the
brighter - but BRAND has no voice phone number! Good luck.

Hello,

Is anyone aware of a commercially available reagent to measure PS
externalization during apoptosis (i.e. annexin V binding)?

thanks
