We have a BD FACSTAR Plus sorter used for research purposes (i.e. no service
contract) and a very capable automation/engineering support group to help keep
it running. We've been trying to obtain a service manual for the FACSTAR plus
from BD without success. We would be happy to pay shipping and copying fees
to anyone who might be troubled to provide this document to us.
