phycoerytherin and lymphocyte viability

please post on the cytometry mail list for a colleague of mine
does anyone have experience culturing lymphocytes following positive
separation (selectionz) with macs beads (cd4 and cd8) conjugated with
phycoerytherin. we were pondering on the potential effects on growth (of
either ab, conjugate or both!). please reply directly to Dr. O'Gorman.
