In response to GR Barclay;
Also refer to an article in Experimental Hematology 22:1003-1010 (1994)
"Sensitive detection and enumeration of CD34+ cells in peripheral and
cord blood by flow cytometry" DR Sutherland, A Keating, R Nayar, S
Anania, AK Stewart.
In collaboration with DR Sutherland et al we have prepared a
comprehensive document for CD34+ cell enumeration in PB for ISHAGE. This
methodology is suitable for cord blood as well as aphersis packs. We
would be happy to share our experiences.
