Intra-cellular antigens (again!)

Dear All

Just joined the Mailing List, and would seemed to have missed something on
the labelling of intra-cellular antigens. A Colleague of mine wishes to
look at an antigen localised on the inner surface of mitochondria. Any
ideas on how to get at it? What about preparing mitochondrial preps. first?
What fixation and permeabilisation is best?

Sorry if I am going over the same old ground!

Yours Hopefully,

Don Healey
