Cyclin (and WAF1) expression

We are about to attempt the characterization of a number of cell cycle arrest
points/checkpoints in terms of cyclin expression by multivariate flow cytometry.

Analyses if this sort are attractively presented by Gong, Traganos &
Darzynkiewicz (Int J Oncol 3 1037 1993; Cancer Res 53 5096 1993; 54 3136 1994)
and are in Methods in Cell Biology Volumes 41 & 42.

We would be grateful for any further information, advice, or words of wisdom.

Incidentally, if we can follow cyclin expression, can we follow p21 WAF1 (or
similar) too?

Thanks in anticipation.
