Just a quick return to the subject of PE,PI staining. I mentioned that we were
going to try a 685bp for the PI. Well, we did, and it was clearly too far.
The PI intensity was cut down way too far, and we had to turn up the subtraction
of PE-PI to above 60% where if we used the 675bp we could get away with only
10%. So, if you were planning on trying this, don't bother.
