Reply to 4-color DNA + SIMF query....thuink green for DNA. A recent
publication in Cytometry (Harry Crissman, I'm not sure of when, but
easy enough to find) compared several DNA specific dyes available from
Molecular Probes. I've also had some limited success with thiazol orange (BD)
but this has a significant signal up in the PE region.
