Hello from Lincoln Land.

I was wondering if anybody has, or knowledge of, a procedure to analyze
DNA content of yeast cells of Histoplasma Capsulatum, Candida and
Saccharomyces. So far all the article I have seen have iffy histograms.
The investigator also would like to see if a view of apoptosis is possible?
Are the procedures in Methods of Cell Biology for apoptosis applicable?
Also any suggestions on, if these cells should be ran on a cytometer.
And if so, what kind of decontamination procedure should be used.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
