We are moving ahead with the purchase of a sorter and an analyzer. Our
work is both research and clinical. Part of the work requires sorting
with high speed and good viability, as the cells will be used to give
back to patients. We have talked extensively with both BD and Coulter
regarding their instruments. We have tested the analyzers (XCL and the
Facscan, but not the Faxcaliber). We would very much appreciate any
nonvendor information on these instruments or other possibilities.
Thanking you in advance for any help you can provide us with.
