Hi Simon,

Nice to know I'm not alone pursuing this approach!

Some of our customers use 100 g/ml DNAse to avoid clumping (Sigma
D4513)

A reference to the method has been provided on the board today, I
must admit I was aware of seeing it at sometime but it had not been
put on my database and become 'lost'. Must send them an apology for
not including it in my references.

The rat chromosome work is going extremely well now, the resolution
is quite remarkable. Thanks for the excellent tuition.

Terry.
