Another way to strip cells very efficiently from IgG is hypotonic
treatment. Take care to keep everything ice-cold and restore
isotonicity after 30 sec. Do not extend hypotonic conditions any
longer (this _is_ critical; use a stopwatch). Wash once with
ice-cold medium.
We used this procedure way back when Fc-receptors where still
quantitated using EA-rosettes.
