Hi all

I am also contemplating sorting cells for extraction of RNA. However, my
cells (HIV+ human T cells) are fixed in paraformaldehyde before I get them.
Has anyone any information as to the possibility of extracting mRNA from
such fixed cells, with a view to performing RT-PCR?
