Every free software package I've been able to locate is now included in
my comprehensive catalog at http://www.bio.umass.edu (under Flow Cytometry).
I have not heard of a free cell cycle package. Robb Habbersett's
IDLYK (Los Alamos) does a limited form of cell cycle analysis, but
installation and licensing of the required IDL interpreter are possible
obstacles. Nevertheless, you may wish to investigate this option -- see
the catalog for more information. Your institution may already have
an IDL license!
