Phil,

Since this forum is public, I don't see any reason not to distill the
information and organize it, if someone wanted to go to all the work. That
way it will be useful to people who either may have missed a posting or do
not have access to internet.

However, the openness of communications and the willingness of people to
share their thoughts, ideas and expertise, without worrying about being
judged on grammar, diction, or even clarity of thinking, should never be
exploited or compromised in even the slightest way, for that would
immediately cause many people to "not bother" to post an idea because it
would be "too much hassle and red tape". They would be worrying about
couching their words in "the right way."

We would then lose the benefits of brainstorming, which this forum provides
and encourages, but still have the disadvantage that we cannot always be at
a ISAC meeting with our friends to discuss our work in a festive and
relaxed atmosphere.
