Fluo-3 on fibroblasts

Does anyone have any experience loading non-hematopoetic cells,
particularly fibroblast cell lines, with Fluo-3? Most of the literature
seems to be on lymphocytes or neutrophils. We would appreciate any
references; or suggestions on loading, controls (+/-), ionophores, and
pitfalls (temperature, etc.)
Thanks in advance.
