FACS zebrafish blood

Does anyone on the cytometry node have any experience with FACS analysis of
low vertebrate blood cells. We work on zebrafish hematopoiesis, and have
80 monoclonals to blood, and are having a lot of trouble with sorting.
Perhaps someone has done this will chicken cells. Please let me know.
