I want to enumerate mitotic and apoptotic cells using chromatin denaturation
followed by AO staining. With our Epics 752 we can get nice green vs red
histograms, however I would like to plot the total luminescence vs alpha-t.
Does anyone have software that will enable me to accomplish this using the
MDADS listmode files?

P.S. For everyone that missed it or lost it, could someone post the address
for the Cytometry Homepage on the WWW?
