The MAB against mouse gamma/delta T cells is GL3. It has worked in
our hands for both immunocytochemisty and FCM. It is available from at least
2 commercial sources in various fluorochrome conjugates.

Caltag sells it conjugated to FITC, R-PE, Tricolor(Cy5-PE) and purified
Ab. You can get small amounts for relatively small bucks - 100ug FITC =
$75 or 50ug PE =$50. They are located in So. San Francisco/800-874-4007.

PharMingen (San Diego CA/ 800-848-6772) sells clone GL3V65 which is a
hamster IgG, conjugated to Biotin, FITC, PE, Cychrome, APC or purified Ab.
Runs anywhere from $125-$325 depending on quantity and conjugate. They
also sell clone GL4 but only in a purified form. This antibody activates
T-cells. They also

sell clone UC7-13D5 in purified form.

PharMingen also sells MAB's against 2 specific gamma chains - Vgamma2 and
Vgamma as well as 1 specific for Vdelta4 TCR. All three are sold
conjugated to either biotin, FITC, or PE. All are hamster IgG.

Hope this helps your user. Don't know much about Langerhans.
