We are in the process of planning a new facility for our Clinical Research
Laboratories. An area for flow cytometry will be included in the new facility.
We presently have 1 Coulter Epics Elite, 2 Coulter Profiles, and 1 Coulter XL
(all type 3B lasers). An "open lab" plan which would include chemistry,
hemotology, urinalysis, and flow cytometry in one large room is under considerat-[3~[3~[3~ [
consideration. I am looking for advice and insight as well as regulations
and guidelines for flow cytometry laboratory design.
