I was wondering what experience people have had with the Apple Cellquest
software for acquisition and analysis on the FACscan. We have installed it
and in comparison to the Lysys 2.0 it appears to have some severe
inadequacies eg.
1.polygon regions/gates are not point changeable after being set; like in
Lysys (they can be resized only)
2.The dialog boxes are way too big (counters, acquisition control [even the
small versions]) and end up covering acquisition screens.
The analysis and printing seem slightly better.
I was of the opinion that it would be called MacLysys; what happened to
this?
I would appreciate any comments that anyone has.
Thank you
