Sorting Pancreatic Islets

Does anyone have any experience sorting mouse Pancreatic Islets (as a means of
sorting for islets)? Is this possible? Does the B-D macro sort option work
well for this? We have a Coulter Elite, can it be done on one of those? We
also have access to a FacsStar+ at our institute, though there isn't a real
experienced operator for that machine. These islets can be real large,
about 100-200 micrometers. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you
