We have changed the two-step procedure to label DNA strand breaks in
apoptotic cells (used by ONCOR kit, which originally we helped to
develop), to a single-step method, which is simpler and requires
fewer centrifugations. I will be glad to mail a preprint of our
manuscript, (which will appear in CYTOMETRY) describing this new
procedure. Please write or fax to me the request and give your
