Regarding your query: whether the FCSC beads for quantitative
purposes are "balanced" for all ab.isotypes.

We have used them in 1990 (M.Rasanen et al. J.Androl) and
again in 1994 (R.Agrawal et al, Cytometry).
Our experience has been that they are not "balanced" for all
isotypes (as also informed by the manufacturer). Even for the
isotypes for which they should be balanced, our pilot studies
suggested that they were not perfectly balanced. However,
when using the same ab.isotype we consistently got repeatable
results.
