I have just managed to get some good quality graphics via a similar route
to Michael Weaver, except that I copied the graphics from WinMdi with PICT
format selected in the options menu, pasted into Harvard Graphics, then
produced an export file in CGM format. With the PC Exchange system
extension on the Mac., I can get the machine to read PC disks directly and
don't have to change the file type and creator. I then used
GraphicConverter (an excellent application available as shareware through
internet archives) to convert or display the files on the Mac. This
procedure gave object-oriented graphics on the Macintosh, which offer
better editing possibilities than bitmap files, except that the pictures
have about a zillion separate points which make screen redraws very slow
(Oh for a Power Mac!). Colours came through the conversions fairly OK.
This seems to be the best way I have found to get good presentation &
publication graphics from Coulter listmode files, although it is a mite
tedious doing all the conversions.

Merry Christmas everyone,
