Dear flow cytometrists,
I am a German pathologist, and an ISAC member, doing a lot of
research and clinical cytometry. I would like to integrate in this
mail box system and get information through you. could you give me
further information please?
I have a question in addition. I want to subgroup our dual parameter
bladder cancer data according to quality of measurements.
However, I do not know, how to handle the GOF obtained in the program
Cellfit, POLY (BD). does anybody know adequate limits in terms of
narrowing mistakes in proliferation assessment and ploidy
determination?
Thank you very much.
