I suggest that the Stanford facility is VERY special case!
a) You have a very experienced & competent operator in Dave
Parks managing the facility.
b) You described many reasons for the success of your facility,
most of which are dependent on Dave, or were set up by him.
c) Dave, or another experienced person, is there all the time
to pick up the pieces if anything isn't right.
These conditions are not likely to occur in the scenario set
out by Kris Weber, where there is not an experienced operator
like Dave to set it up or watch over it.
Would that all of us were as fortunate as Stanford!
