MFI will do this. Unlike (I think) LLDATA, it will do scatter gating
or other gating first (for list mode ASCII output), and for histogram ASCII
output it will smooth, either by pooling channels in factors of 2, or by
Savitzky-Golay. It will also do ASCII in either form for time-slices
of a list mode file.

Two other Skatron Argus users (dbk@aber.ac.uk "Douglas Kell" and
jho@dres.dnd.ca "Jim Ho") and I (who have never seen a Skatron) had some
discussion about that beast recently. The upshot was that the very latest
version of WinMDI can handle Skatron list mode, and that I said I'd try to
make MFI do the same, but the latter is unlikely to happen soon.
