WinMDI is in /pub/pc at flosun.salk.edu.
MFI and its tutorial with sample data files are in /pub/flowcyt/mfi
at flowcyt.bio.umass.edu. The current beta-test version of MFI
is probably the best thing to get. It is in /pub/flowcyt/mfi/beta.dir.

Robb Habbersett (robb@beatrice.lanl.gov) has stupendous free PC software if
you're willing to buy a license for the interpreter. Joe Trotter
(trotter@flosun.salk.edu) has also developed software for Sun Workstations.

Is there any free flow software for MacIntosh out there?

Enhancements of MFI are soon to be released. They provide gated kinetic
dot plots of fluorescence vs. time, and also draw the median fluorescence
line graph vs. time. Time does not need to be a recorded list mode
parameter; the new version will also plot vs. event number. This allows
those of us still using HP 310's (guess who) to get kinetics plots more
easily.
