Hi all, thanks for the PMT info.. Next question - is anyone using
BD's enclosed flow cell for sorting? BD sells it primarily
as a bio-containment adaption for their sorters and someone
mentioned that the added mass of the quartz cuvette on the
nozzle tip may require the strength of a MacroSort drop-drive
in order to get a reasonable break-off. I'd appreciate hearing
from anyone who has any experience with this nozzle.

thanks tom d.
