I have a users interested in using LDS-751 to try to discriminate cells digested
from ligaments. They want to gate out dead cells debris, but alot of the debris
overlaps with the cells. They are only using FITC as a second label and basicly
just need help in finding what concentrations and incubation times they should
start with. They haven't been getting good enough results with PI, and I thought
that using a PE label and FDA wouldn't be very sensative because fo the
fluorescein overlap.
