We would like an internal DNA content standard for mouse lymphocyte cell cycle
work. We believe bluegill or green sunfish lymphocytes might be appropriate.
Has anyone out there tried this or found anything better? We have whole blood
available and would like to separate the lymphocytes by density gradient. Does
anyone know at what density these fish lymphocytes will layer? Thanks for you
help.
