Greetings fellow netters,

I'm posting this question for Lynn Sorrentino so please direct replies
either to FlowCyt or SORRELM@cellpro.cellpro.com and not me.

Thanks,

Do you know about a product that BD has that replaces the Perpidium
Iodide as far as the staining of cells (for Flow cytometry analysis)
goes? I am interested in finding out about it's live/dead cell
discrimination properties and how it works, if there is anything
published on it, and if it is on the market yet. My co-worker, Kale
Slechta, another Clinical Technical Associate, has worked for years in
flow and was curious. He worked with Mike Loken of Fred Hutchinson (Kathy
Grenier knows Mike, as does Cindy Morrow). If you could forward this to
someone who might know, they can reach me at Sorrelm@cellpro.cellpro.com
or Kale at slechk@cellpro.cellpro.com. Thanks !
Lynn
