Catherine,
I have people interested in analyzing channel by channel
data - number of events per channel. I know this must be
out there somewhere, but I haven't found it yet. So I'm
interested in any answers you get so I'm requesting that
they be put on the net. THANKS for bringing up the issue!

Hello cyto-world,

I am the statistician at the Canadian Red Cross Soc. I am working with our
flow people looking at kappa and lambda light chain histograms from B
cells ( with and without lymphoma ). Our Becton-Dickinson spits out a
Kolmogorob-Smirnov D statistic and that's it ( plus mean, CV etc. ). We
have got software from Richard Cox to extract the raw data files in order
to do a more subtle analysis.

question: has anyone out there given some thought to analysing the
histogram data with something other than the D statistic.

Other question: Is anyone out there interested in discussing statistical
aspects of flow cytometry analysis.

Thanks.

Catherine Dalzell.
