Dean Hewish (CSIRO, AUSTRALIA) askes a question about the Elite Software.
The bottom line is that you will probably have to report the problem 7 or 8
times before anyone who actually knows anything - reads it! Then you can only
hope that they recognize that the bug reported is quite inconvenient, before
the programmers change it. Unfortunately, in fixing that one they add 2 more.
My advise is to document and fax a copy to the US office. If you call and
talk to someone - nothing will be done.
