I am in search of an unconjugated polyclonal F(ab')2 fragment of
anti-human IgG (H+L) antibody. I have tried Dako rabbit anti-human IgG
(Cat. No. A0423), Sigma Goat anti-human IgG (Cat. No. 027K4827) and
Rocklands Goat anti-human IgG (Cat. No. 709-1116), however these
antibodies either bind IgM or cross react with our mouse monoclonal
antibodies. Can anyone recommend an unconjugated polyclonal F(ab')2
fragment of anti-human IgG (H+L) that they have used successfully with
minimal species cross reactivity and that does not bind IgM.
