We routinely run 384-well plates on BD HTS units attached to our LSRII's. It takes approx 1.5-2hrs per plate depending on number of events collected, etc.

Subject: 384-well with BD HTS Unit?

Hello FLOWers,

I have a quick question for those with BD HTS experience.

Do any of you have experience using 384-well plates with BD HTS units?

Thank you in advance for any replies

Best,
Ck
