IV Meeting of Irish Cytometry Society

Dear colleagues, 

On behalf of the Irish Cytometry Society, we would like to invite you 
to the 4th Annual Meeting, which will be held on November 25th–26th, 
2008, in the Astra Hall, University College Dublin.

In response to the interest received, and experience of previous 
meetings, we are pleased to announce that this will act as a joint 
meeting of Flow Cytometry, Confocal Microscopy, High Content Screening 
and related technologies. The meeting should prove an exciting event 
and an excellent opportunity for all to interact, share your work with 
colleagues in related fields, and gain awareness of other 
technologies, methologies, tools, etc. 

We are delighted to announce that we will have six top class 
international guest speakers. In addition, we’ll have promotional 
stands to inform you of the latest materials, software and 
technologies available.

Further, we will have a poster competition, and abstracts may address 
any aspect relating to the technologies mentioned above.. Abstract 
deadline is September 15th, 2008. 

Twenty four abstracts will be short-listed and selected as oral 
presentations for the meeting, and will be published in the 
international peer-reviewed journal “Cytometry”, with a special 
mention to the three best oral presentations. 

Due to a high level of corporate sponsorship, we are delighted to 
announce that registration for the congress is free.
