FSC SSC ARIA

Hi All

I am having some FSC SSC problems with our FACS ARIA.
If I run beads the FSC SSC plot shows ³dirt² at the bottom of it with no
distinctive bead pattern to be found, I have obviously adjusted fsc and ssc
but nothing changes, it seems to me like a blockage of some sort.

What is the best way to get rid of a blockage I tried all the normal fluidic
procedures but nothing seemed to help, does anyone have any suggestions?
