Flow cytometry microchip

Hi Everyone,

I am working on a microchip for flow cytometry to analyse phytoplankton by fluorescence
and impedance spectroscopy.
For it, I need to focus the sample flow in a small detection region.
I use for the moment hydrodynamic focussing but I would like to use acoustic focussing
with for example Interdigital transducers on both sides of the channel.
Do someone have experience in ? Is this mailing list is almost about FACS ?
